POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for creating and implementing a multi-product Business-to-Business Sales Strategy. The role requires an experienced sales, business development, and management professional who have a broad network in Fintech/ Retail/E-commerce and experience dealing with potential customers/partners or currently manages an important business account.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Management for B2B Sales
· Create a consolidated approach in B2B Sales that will create new business opportunities for the company.
· Review the current market landscape to determine potential industries and/or businesses, develop an approach, and formulate targets for capturing under-penetrated segments to broaden our current portfolio.
· Identify strategic opportunities for the current capabilities thorough understanding of the segment and customer's business need, leveraging current solutions across product platforms.
· Prioritize initiatives to drive short to mid-term impact while transforming the business in the longer term.
· Leads generation, management, and follow-through diligently
· Pitching B2B business solutions at the executive level of targeted prospective clients
· Skillfully move opportunities through the sales stage towards closure in the shortest possible time
· Manage and prioritize sales leads to optimize results
· Documentation of clients calls/meetings, business case creation, sales proposal support, terms sheet and legal contract
Qualifications
· Proven sales record in B2B
· A minimum of 7 years of business experience with related sales and management experience
· Strategic thinking and thought leadership.
· Enterprise sales skills with excellent articulation skill
· Strong business & financial acumen to connect credibly with Treasury, CFO, Chief Sales Officer
· Senior Business network in preferred industries (Fintech, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, Tech...)
· Player capable of attracting top talent as the team grows
· Having a can-do attitude, drive to make it happen, and hungry for results
