KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - B2B
The B2B Key Account Officer is responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and maintain good relationships with its clients. the incumbent will need to discuss and match the needs of his/her customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops direction for the assigned accounts in collaboration with higher management.
Develop strategies consistent with marketing plans, resulting in the achievement of sales, distribution, merchandising, and promotions objectives for the company.
Ensures that appropriate resources are allocated, and spending are within budget to accomplish objectives.
Segments the account/ customer base.
Develops business plans for the assigned accounts/ customers.
Determines current and potential business per account for proper resource deployment.
Identifies opportunities and appropriate action plans.
Designs, delivers, and manages the most appropriate route plan that will optimize results.
Trains and develops assigned personnel.
Qualifications
Qualifications
4- year college degree, preferably a business-related course.
Preferably with business-to-business sales or marketing background.
Strong background in selling health and wellness products.
Demonstrates competence and success in prior sales or marketing assignment.
Has initiative, flexibility, patience, and personal integrity.
Fluent in oral and written English communication.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
