WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The role will be responsible to handle the operation and maintenance of specific utility equipment. Direct reporting of B&U Supervisor. Handles a number of technician to support the needs and can execute task will minimal supervision.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation and Management
Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
Oversees B&U Technician activities and outsourced contractor
Performs required FM Global activities for Loss Prevention
Ensure 5S3R are implemented in area of concern
Implements maintenance checklist and forms in accordance with IMS requirement
Reporting & Documentation:
Regularly update maintenance plan every week.

Prepare and submit monthly report
Support budgeting forecast and monthly spending report
Contract & Complaince:
Support in the preparation of maintenance contracts
Ensure applicable utility equipment are compliance in regulatory compliance - DOLE, DENR
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements;
Support compliance related to FM Global and Government agencies such as PEZA, LLDA and DENR;
CAPEX/OPEX:
Implementer of project/ innovation
Assist on tendering or bidding review related to technical and financial aspect if necessary
Coordination & Communication:
Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required;
Communicates and coordinates with other cross-functional department, incident and concerns that will greatly affect business continuity;
Attend training sessions and seminars;
Communicates with the vendor resources required to accomplish the task
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
With Engineering degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical field. Has good technical background in the operation of maintenance of utility equipment specifically Air compressor, HVAC system, Boiler/ Hot water system, dedusting system, centralized vacuum.
Fluent in english both oral and written
Knowledgeable SAP EAM
Building Management System /KNX
