Job Description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
· Deliver a variety of technical projects individually or as part of a team
· Aligning deliveries to Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
· Ensuring Microsoft and industry security best practices are adhered to access the customer base
· Assist other team members to resolve technical incidents
· Identify the new tools and services that could be offered to customers
· Produce IT infrastructure policy documentation, implementation, and governance (LLD, HLD etc.)
· Provide 2nd & 3rd line support to customers in line with agreed SLA targets
· Provide architectural support and assist to scope out potential solutions
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
· At least 2 years' experience delivering Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions with an infrastructure focus. Including but not limited to - Compute, Storage, Networks, Monitoring, Management, Backup
· At least 1 year in a client facing role.
· Expertise in Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory and Office 365
· Microsoft Certifications such as: AZ-104, AZ-300, AZ-303 or AZ-500
· Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop, O365 etc
· Linux - and/or RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian etc
· Experience in Virtualisation / Cloud and Scalability of infrastructures
· Network infrastructure experience including Fortinet & Cisco
· Previous experience dealing with multiple clients and products
· Excellent written and spoken English skills are vital for compiling high-quality reports and liaising with clients

Must be willing to work 1pm - 10pm Manila Time
