Critical skills include experience with AWS, Linux systems, and Configuration Management, as well as DevOps activities, practices, and techniques found in highly automated environments. Candidates for this position will have experience in setting up, operationalizing, and administering DevOps pipeline including a tech stack of Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, and other automation tools with deployment to AWS andor on-prem platforms. What you will be doing Build CICD Pipeline and support it within AWS. Test, and maintain tools for continuous integration continuous delivery (CICD). Contribute to maturing the DevOps culture by utilizing methodologies such as CICD, Agile, and Test Driven Development. Support, maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure through Python and Ansible. Practice Root Cause Analysis to determine the scope and scale of issue impact. Create epicsstories and construct automation to prevent problem recurrence. Develop repeatable tools and processes for automation, configuration, monitoring, and alerting. Participate in requirements analysis, design, design reviews and other work. Participate in 247 on-call rotation for production systems. Utilize tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, as well as others such as GitHub and Jira. Implement DevSecOps tools. Who you are Have a strong foundation as a technologist, with equally strong communications skills, with a passion for collaboration and Agile practices and methodologies. Experienced in providing hands-on pipeline construction, evolution and management within a DevOps environment using Jenkins and containerization, and complimenting tools. Experienced in constructing, testing, and maintaining of containerized applications. Significant experience with Configuration Management and Agile Scrum. Comfortable following versioning and release strategies with GitGitHub. Expertise in the following tools and technologies Build tool such as Maven. Continuous Integration tool such as Jenkins. Container management using Kubernetes. Bonus points for Activity with open-source communities. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. AWS or Azure or other major cloud vendor certifications. Must have BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar. Experience debugging AWS or other cloud infrastructure. Competence in scripting using Python or Polymer. Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef. 3+ years' CICD Pipeline andor DevOps experience in a Cloud or hybrid environment.
