On-site, Morning ShiftThe Assistant Vice President for Pay TV Business Management & CLV is the overall Marketing and Business Lead for the legacy subscription television business (Pay TV). This role is accountable for overall subscriber baseResponsibilities: Driving Pay TV Success
Lead the management of the overall subscriber base, focusing on Subscriber Acquisition and Churn Management.
Drive Revenue Growth through Lifetime Value Uplift via churn management and upsell programs.
Oversee Portfolio management for channel line-up build to deliver high consumer relevance and satisfaction.
Develop and implement loyalty and customer engagement programs through digital channels.
Ensure effective and cost-efficient execution of A&P Management.
Identify and grow product distribution partnerships.
Conduct Market gap and opportunity analysis, identifying high potential areas and providing them with the right product and programs.
Utilize Data driven Insighting based on market trends, consumer needs, and usage habits.
Manage the business team and other internal/external partners to support key business imperatives.
Lead Business Modelling and Budget creation and monitoring.
Position Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years marketing and/or product management experience.
Prior experience in Telecoms, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related industries is required.
Must have P&L ownership experience.
Proven record leading a business team in revenue growth and increasing customer lifetime value.
Strong business planning & execution skills with a strategic mindset.
Must possess excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
Required education: Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related courses (graduate school education is an advantage ).
