Organization Description
HR Shared Services (HRSS) is a team under Citi Shared Services (CSS) that partners with Human Resources (HR) in executing administrative, transactional HR activities in centralized hubs within Citi. HRSS is a service-focused organization empowering Citi Employees, Citi Alumni, and HR Partners through Self Service tools. HRSS provides integrated services by providing HR solutions, process improvements, end-to-end transactional services. HRSS leverages on advanced technology that allows Citi Employees, Citi Alumni, and HR Partners to execute tasks.
HRSS has the following product or service offerings:
1. Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle and Talent Learning
2. Total Rewards (Payroll, Comp and Ben, Time and Absence, Accounting)
3. Data Services
4. Stakeholder Services
Employee Life Cycle CORE HR is responsible for employee data and records management, termination-off boarding, and information service delivery. CORE HR focuses on maintaining CORE HR data quality and increasing Straight-Through Processing, and overall improving user experience.
Job Description
Global Employee Life Cycle CORE HR Business Analyst and System Support primary role is to be subject matter expert in the group with regard to Reduction In Force Management System (RMS), Imaging Resource management System (IRMS), and Workday. Role will provide Tier 2 system support for RMS and IRMS servicing HRSS operation and HR using the applications. Role will serve also as business analyst on all three systems where there is data and process integration. As business analyst, resource will work cohesively with other global product business analysts, operation teams, and HRSS partners and stakeholders for continuous process and control improvements. Reporting line will be directly to HRSS Global Employee Life Cycle CORE HR Lead.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Define, document, and maintain global standard operating model and procedures on RMS and IRMS system support.
Supports global team and works closely with technology and global process owner for new system enhancements and fixes.
Think Lean. Able to demonstrate and implement the key concepts of Lean in a service-oriented setting particularly presenting various opportunities to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
Provide value added services with stakeholders and product/process owners through consultative engagement, which will entail both the high-level end to end view and the detailed operational steps in order to design the right solutions.
Utilize appropriate technical know-how to evaluate practicality in incorporating technology solutions to future state processes.
Manage the execution of business process automation activities to lessen cycle time and decrease if not eliminate manual, repetitive work.
Measure and analyze the overall contribution and benefit of a particular process transformation work which has direct impact to customer experience and business operations.
Adopt industry best practices to projects and see how these best fit to the organization.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Workday CORE HR system preferably minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience in any System Support. Experience on imaging and reduction in force application is a plus.
Motivational fit - willingness to work in a shared services team that is regional and global in nature
Prior knowledge of HR or Shared Services operations and systems (employee life cycle, data and records management, exit management) will be a strong advantage
Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow and Workday systems
Prior Continuous Improvement/Reengineering experience and understanding on how business process improvement is done in an operations environment
MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook)
Innovative and manages change nimbly
High level planning, organizing and documenting skills are essential
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Has multi-tasking ability, analytical and strong problem solving skills
Client-focused for exemplary customer service
Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members
University/College degree graduate
