The Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM) function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms and results.
EUC Reduction Delivery Analyst, AVP
The FRSS EUC Reduction Finance Project Manager will provide leadership, oversight and support the execution of the FRSS End User Computing (EUC) Reduction agenda. This role will require close coordination and collaboration with the Global FRSS EUC Reduction team, FRSS Process areas located in FRSS Centers (Tampa, Manila, Mumbai and Costa Rica), GFT (Global Functions Technology) partners, Risk and Control as well as 3rd party vendors.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Global EUC Project team to understand the project goals/agenda, schedule and key milestones
Support the execution of the EUC Reduction agenda for FRSS Mumbai
Be responsible for project status reporting updates to relevant stakeholders, including the FRSS Global EUC Reduction Sponsors
Apply Project Management standards to ensure compliant delivery of assigned projects
Have a strong understanding of emerging risks to the project and work with key partners to mitigate/escalate risks in order to preserve the project agenda
Monitors program commitment from those assigning resources.
Support requests/analysis on the retirement execution agenda and approach
Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in a global environment, familiarity with Banking industry is an advantage
Experienced cross functional partnerships to drive project delivery/execution
Experience in Technology projects field (5+ years), either as a Program or Project Manager using a structured methodology to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and report on project efforts
Experience and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder/cross functional groups (including Technology Teams, Project Teams, Process Teams, Senior Management, etc.)
Management consulting acumen and mindset
Project Management certification a plus

Proven skills in leadership, project management and organizational structure.
Experience in managing projects and professionals across business lines.
Clear and concise communication (written, verbal) skills.
Ability to identify problems/risks and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Global awareness and global business orientation.
