The Service Delivery Operations Team Lead is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in the execution of access requests within a variety of banking applications and infrastructure systems. The overall objective of the role is to ensure execution of user roles and access privileges are within compliance of set Citi information security policies and standards.
A Team Lead is expected to:
Have an excellent understanding of end-to-end GIAM products, processes, resources and tools in their respective platform with an ability to review processes and responsible for compliance to Citi policies
Manage Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) operation including weekends and public holidays, as well as on-call emergency support and ensure set operational targets are delivered by the team
Represent GIAM Service Delivery in audit calls and walkthroughs with regulators; provide related audit deliverables in timely manner and ability to analyze and make the right judgment over accuracy, completeness, soundness of information being provided
Manage and oversee the tasks and professional development of all direct reports, effectively utilize the talent management process, provide 1-1 coaching and ensure sustainable succession planning
Lead process reviews, self-identification of issue, come up with corrective action plan to prevent recurrence, hold self and the team accountable to closing gaps within agreed timelines, and providing update to relevant parties
Maintain excellent availability to customers, team, and senior management; handle customer and team interactions in a manner that lives up to Citi's leadership principles
Understand Continuity of Business and supports its application to GIAM processes by ensuring resources like process control document are consistently updated, peer-reviewed, ISA accesses of the team are maintained within all applications in scope of support whether BAU or COB
Drive and execute organization's strategy by guiding team in completion of other tasks/activities/projects in connection with the organizations' goals not detailed in the current job description such as automation, migration, operational excellence, etc.
Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team to identify potential opportunities, facilitate collaboration to enhance information security controls and/or process efficiency for supported systems
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an Information Security role or related field with service delivery and customer relationship management
Must be willing to develop in-depth understanding application or system user provisioning process
Interprets Information Security and IAM concepts and policies and ability to apply into operations
Demonstrate an understanding of the risk associated with cyber security and the controls set in place to manage risk in identity and access management
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication in the English language as well as sensitive to audience diversity
Proven ability to influence and manage relationship
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use (Citi)lean methodology to identify process improvements; utilize most complex tools in Microsoft applications to analyze, interpret and present data
Bachelor's Degree/University degree of any course
