The Service Delivery Senior Lead Analyst will be part of the Service Delivery Team under Finance and Risk Shared Service (FRSS) organization supporting multiple systems managed by FRSS Manila. This role will be responsible in the delivery of critical initiatives related system enhancements, issue management & resolutions and over-all partner/stakeholder management.
The Senior analyst will work closely with other teams across Finance, Risk, Technology and FRSS organizations. Responsibilities include:
Manages multiple systems for Queries & Investigation and Issue Management activities
Represent FRSS Service Delivery team on critical senior management level related meetings related to any Change requests, Process Improvement Initiative and other Global initiative that may be cascaded down by the Global Service Delivery Lead
Leads Transformational Process Improvement initiative that has a regional & global impact. Will work with Regional & Global Service delivery leads
Lead highly complex initiatives, projects and functional and reporting requirements.
Lead issues remediation by engaging stakeholders in triage calls
Lead in discussions, analysis and post mortem reviews
Actively participate in Strategic Reviews with Support Partners and key Stakeholder to help drive issue remediation
Represent FRSS Service Delivery in Regional, Global or Platform reviews and assurance meetings with our FRSS teams & partners
Job Qualifications - List minimum knowledge and experience required for the position:
5+ years relevant work experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services' operations related or similar industry.
End-to-end process & data flow and system knowledge is an advantage
Extensive experience in leading and managing issues discussions for finance and risk related systems
Extensive understanding and knowledge on Full Suite and its impact to downstream related platforms is an advantage.
Demonstrated strong implementation and project management, leadership and execution skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills - must be able to present and influence across organization level and functions.
Aptitude to translate strategy into execution in a complex and cross-functional organization.
Knowledge of Citi's financial and risk systems, financial and regulatory reporting processes and organization is preferred.
Demonstrated capability and maturity to work with a team as well as in an individual capacity
Shows high-level of curiosity to proactively seek out solutions and or identify process improvement ideas
Able to set priorities and discuss experience in adapting to emergent or dynamic requirements.
High proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
High caliber team player with good judgment, flexibility and productivity with good track record in establishing partnership and team work.
