AVP - Business Support Lead (Hybrid)
Job Description
The Business Support Lead is a function within the Information Services Group (ISG) Operations which provides leadership, coordination, and support to various business functions within the local organization. The successful candidate will report to the ISG Operations Business Unit Head. The role will establish and execute a site management framework leading the engagement with CSC Manila Site, regional/global deliverables, which includes identifying opportunities to ensure a consistent and proactive approach across. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams, visitors, and senior engagement.
Responsibilities:
Work with business partners and stakeholders to build-out the Strategy & Execution framework
Management & coordination of country/regional/global weekly/monthly deliverables such as infra inventory, headcount & occupancy, admin/infra related requests, facilities
Coordination of visitor meetings, and agenda including the driving of related materials
Coordinate end-to-end events including Town Halls, Offsites, learning opportunities including spearheading agenda, executing all logistics and driving all content
Employee management related to recruitment, performance management, talent management, retention, and engagement and for the handling of specific concerns such as ID card access, credit card approvals, office supplies, etc.
Perform coordination work for Trainings, Onboarding requirements, VOE / Engagement activities, Site, and Infrastructure requirements, including raising of Citi Marketplace orders and purchase requests in P2P
Management of the infrastructure, equipment & supplies inventory
Ensure that data is summarized from across the business to provide critical information to executive team
Partner directly with various players across decision management groups, analyze data and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority strategic initiatives, including the annual strategic plan
Qualifications:
5-8 years relevant experience in Operations, Finance, HR, Employee Relations, Business Management, or other role with skills like the job description
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening skills and ability to absorb feedback and translate to solutions
Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills
Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
