ICG Risk Analysis (IRAUs) is an integral part of the Institutional Credit Management ("ICM") organization. The IRAU's mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration as a partner to ICG Risk and Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory's (BCMA) shared commitment to ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across ICG.
ICG Risk Analysis Business Associate is responsible for coordinating overall business activities and work closely with all staff to meet business goals and timetables for multiple sites. This role may serve as spokesperson for the multiple sites in business and administrative matters and coordination of other administrative areas.
This role reports directly the ICG Risk Analysis (IRAU) Region Head.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple requests from ICG Risk Analysis Transformation and Core Operations (TCO) team (Administration and Controls and Monitoring teams)
Review quarterly MCA results for the region
Preparation of regional reports and presentations
Coordinating regional projects such as portfolio reviews and review of regional processes
Training coordinator for regional training initiatives
Work with Portfolio Managers and Team Leads on Regional Operating Headquarters ("ROHQ") related matters
Office manager functions such as travel arrangements, CTE requests, expense approvals and reimbursements, meeting logistics, office equipment maintenance, recordkeeping, New Hire Onboarding and Exit Clearance, office layout, budget requirements
Support ICG Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives
Knowledge/Experience:
Demonstrable credit risk operations experience, including 3-5 years of Administration, Operational Risk, Controls, or Project Management
Strong organizational awareness including IRAU, covered portfolios, and processes
Proficient understanding of policies and procedures with the ability to execute change seamlessly
Familiar with Citi Risk & Control disciplines and standards and Enterprise processes including Risk & Control, Manager Control Assessment (MCA), End User Computing, Continuity of Business, Issue Management, Privacy, Information Security, etc.
Solid and thorough knowledge of Citi ́s systems, in particular, EUC, CobTrac
Experience in preparing presentations for seniors
Skills/Competencies:
Proven culture carrier
Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and exert influence with and without direct authority
Strong organizational skills with ability and willingness to work under pressure and manages time and priorities effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of varying levels of seniority
Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
Qualifications:
BA/BSc in any related subject
