Job Description:
Aufgabe
The IATF Auditor is responsible for conducting ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification audit and other types of audit as may be required by management to determine effectiveness of controls and accuracy of management systems and operations in accordance with the Management System standard or product standard. He/she may also be tasked to conduct training when needed and provide sales and marketing support as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and reviews on companies for certification schemes such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Ensure timely completion of audit/surveillance and submission of audit reports
- Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
- Develop and conduct related training courses
- Interface and provide support including new product development
Key Qualifications:
- College graduate with preference for degrees in Engineering
- Must be knowledgeable in ISO 9001and IATF 16949
- Has at least four (4) years of full-time practical experience including two (2) years dedicated to Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management activities within the past fifteen (15) years in an automotive manufacturing organization
- Has knowledge of automotive core tools
- Has practical experience in management system auditing; Experience as an Auditor or Lead Auditor from a third-party certification body and/or as an Internal Auditor an advantage;
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills, report writing and presentation skills; Computer literate
- With strong auditing and analytical skills, detail-oriented
- Must be customer-oriented; With well-developed interpersonal skills; Can work harmoniously with a team
- Lead Auditor Training Certification an advantage
- Holds a valid Passport; Must be fit and willing to travel frequently
