Job Description
Main Purpose:
The Automation and Systems Specialist has Knowledge and Expertise in optimizing processes across PEX Hub Services through digitization or Robotic Process Automation. This role will provide support to both PEX Hub operations and In-market stakeholders process optimization needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to EX Hub in terms of digitization initiative, owns current dashboards, maintain data integrity of dashboards, and ensures timely update of dashboards and/or offline tools used by the Hub or in-market PEX teams
Work with In-market stakeholders or Inter-hub groups to understand, map, gather the requirement and drive regional enablement (automation and business process changes)
Work with other EX Hubs globally and Global Automation teams to ensure Manila Hub's alignment in global tech strategy, gather and bring applicable best practices in automation, and lead projects/tech changes/updates that are deployed by the Global Tech team that impact EX Hub operations and user experience.
Act of Manila Hub's voice of consumer for Global Teams, sharing user experiences and recommends potential solution to improve it.
Systems expert for Workday, Service Now, and other HR or Employee Experience systems.
Prepare the required documentation, including test scripts, approval, and training materials for the system users to ensure a smooth transition.
Collaborate with Data and Reporting Analyst to collect, measure, and quantify HR systems benefits and other operational metrics.
Scope and manage own projects independently, from end-to-end, in line with the automation governance and lifecycle framework.
Provides support, where required, for functional (UAT) User Acceptance Testing of system enhancements.
Mentor and share best coding practices and standards with peers and other members of the team.
Proactively look for complicated processes to automate, applying the best possible solution, leveraging on the applicable platform that will increase service efficiency and/or release capacity from the EX Hub.
Train and mentor Manila Hub members to increase their level of confidence in required applications of the Hub, e.g. WD, Service Now, PowerBI, Excel
