Job Description
Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Factory Automation Systems (FAS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve automation and electrical issues.
Maintain and enhance automation documentation, including diagrams and software, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for optimized plant performance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Diploma in Engineering (Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred).
Minimum 2 years in automation or MES engineering, with electrical experience; familiarity with instrumentation, PLC/HMI programming, and low-voltage installations.
Proficiency in process control, loop tuning, PLC troubleshooting, and automation programming; knowledge of local electrical codes and standards.
Understanding of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and Quality Management policies, along with food safety and hygienic engineering practices.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to update and maintain technical documentation accurately.
