Learn more: Location and Work Set Up: Malvar, Batangas / Onsite Department: Production Equipment Maintenance Reporting to: Maintenance Manager Contract Type: Permanent WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any related course Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering or related field Preferably coming from the tobacco or FMCG industry MS Office application and SAP knowledge is a plus Advanced knowledge of the following systems: Siemens Simatic Step, Simatic Step 5, BeckhoffTwinCut 2 & 3, Rexroth Drives, Simatic Scout, Omron Camera Controller, Keyence Camera XG, Lexium Drives, Logic Builder, Simatic starter, Sick SOPAS WHAT WILL YOU DO Provide Production support by keeping the Maker and Packer Process Automation system in optimum condition. Attending to any automation program/system issues that will impact production. Works very closely with the maintenance team and line electrician to optimize and stabilize the production process. Perform system and or hardware maintenance. Ensure all software and systems have updated backups. Responsible for the implementation and self-audit of ROBUSTIFICATION in the Make Pack Department Collaborate with the factory engineering department and equipment suppliers (OEM) for any projects, new machine installation, and or upgrades involving changes to the Make Pack automation system.
