JOB SUMMARY
Automation specialist is expected to support the operations of the deployed automation projects and assist in the development of ongoing automation solutions and initiatives
ROLE FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Maintain Automation Project Management request list - reports to Automation Engineer any new requests and creates initial feasibility analysis
· Engages stakeholders in gathering business requirements related to automation requests
· Supports Run & Support/Operational tasks related to existing automation solutions and initiatives
Ø Resolve Power BI reports issues in production
Ø Resolve Power Automate flows issues in production
Ø Resolve Power Apps issues in production
· Supports Automation Engineer in the development of ongoing automation projects and initiatives
Ø Develop Power BI reports in accordance with business requirements
Ø Develop Power Automate flows in accordance with business requirements
Ø Develop application via MS Power Apps in accordance with business requirements
Ø Design User Interface for Power BI and Power Apps created for automation projects and initiatives
Ø Design User Experience for Power BI and PowerApps created for automation projects and initiatives
· Supports Automation Engineer in the internal testing of ongoing automation projects and initiatives
