For the right candidate, this role can quickly evolve into a senior growth or operations position.Your MissionAs an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you'll design and run AI-driven outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for client accounts. You'll manage campaigns from end to end using automation tools, personalized messaging, and data-backed strategies to improve performance and conversion.Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute complete outbound lead generation campaigns for multiple clients using automation and engagement platforms
Write personalized, AI-enhanced outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers and build relationships
Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across different industries and segments
Maintain and clean lead databases for accuracy, segmentation, and performance tracking
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to increase engagement and conversions
Monitor results, analyze metrics, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes
Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals
Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and AI-driven marketing
