The Automation Machine Learning Specialist (Professional Report and Analytics) role is primarily responsible in delivering quality reports automation and advanced analytics capabilities of GRDA. As a technical and business facing resource, this role will serve as the main point of contact of GRDA associates and business partners in enabling report automation and advance analytics. As an active team member, he/she will work closely with internal GRDA teams, allied supporting functions and external business leaders in resolving incidents and driving closure of service tickets. Serve as core leadership member in building machine learning enabled services of GRDA to enable actionable business insights powered by data science. What You Bring to the Role: Report & Analytics Automation (60%) Advanced Analytics Service Operations (30%) Reporting and Administrative Duties (10%) The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications: S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or in a related field Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 3 years exposure to Reporting and Analytics. MS in Data Science or Certifications in Advanced Analytics is a plus but not required. Technical Knowledge & Skills: VBA Macro - Intermediate Python Programming - Intermediate KNIME - Basic Qlik N Printing - Basic Customer and Industry Knowledge: Experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus .This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
