Responsible for preparing and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements using AutoCAD software
Prepare Method Statement
Provide full methodology and drawings per project requirement
Prepare JMP (Journey Management Plan)
Prepare and modify JSEA (Job Safety and Environmental Analysis) per project scope
Compliance with the QSHE memo.
Route Survey according to the company's standard and client requirement.
Prepare load plans for containers, barges, and trucks.
Maintain accurate drawing per project requirement as required by Filed Ops Manager and Project Manager and submit on an agreed timeline.
On-time filling of DTR, OT, VL, SL, and OB
Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader :
Monitoring of delivery and provide updates as agreed.
Supervise out of town delivery and discharging on site.
Supervise stripping/stuffing operation.
Supervise rigging operation.
Escort of heavy-lift delivery.
Supervise \ Handle foreign vessel discharging operations.
Supervise domestic port operations (barge roll-on\roll-off, lashing and securing, port formalities and permits.)
Provide liquidations on the agreed timeline.
Submit FES, Vessel discharging, and site activity report on time.
Provide signed DR and EIR on time.
Submit a project report on the agreed timeline.
Attend on kick off, pre-ops, toolbox meeting per project requirement.
Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS and computer literate. Experienced is a plus.
With driving skills and with valid driver's license.
Graduate of Industrial Engineer or alike (technical course).
With strong Self-initiative, aggressive, trustworthy, willing to do multi-task assignment
Has communication skills oral and writing

Compliance to KPI, attendance, attitude, and compliance to main functions of JD
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software General Services 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
