Overview
Strong familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD, BIM360, RevIT and related drafting software.
Experience with Microsoft suite (Sharepoint, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Etc)
Experience with PowerAutomate highly desired but not required.
Experience with IRI Tileflow, 6Sigma (CFD Modeling Software) highly desired but not required.
Previous architectural experience desired, but not required.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing a base lease exhibit file, which is used for space planning and stacking reports, for all Digital Realty buildings across the portfolio.
Where existing base lease exhibit files exist perform updates to bring them in to compliance with the 2021 standard and ensure data is accurate.
Work with recently acquired companies and JV properties (INXN, Lamda Helix, Ascenty, MCDR, etc) to develop BLE files for those properties that mirror DLRs standards to ensure smooth sales process.
Responsible for making final updates and record keeping for all deals in a property (Stacking Plans) and ensuring files are accessible via SEFIS.
Auditing Gating Portal for missing drawings, diagrams, and content required to be available for lease generation. Work with D&C to locate missing drawings, recreate them, or otherwise resolve the issue.
