Regularly conduct internal audit, such as accountability forms, inventory count and operation audit to ensure compliance to operation systems and procedures in all departments with the group.
Responsible in auditing both departmental and provincial warehouses.
Responsible in monthly generation of sales remittances over/under tara;
Responsible in the manual computation of remittances (quantity);
Analyze and Review actual collection versus concession stores remittance
Coordinate with Sales Department and Human Resources Management Department if discrepancy arises
Prepare and submit summarize audit reports and provide recommendation thereto, in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain the level of confidentiality
To perform other functions similar to the above, that the immediate superior may assign from time to time.
