Job purpose
The incumbent should be able to drive technical implementation requirements for OFSAA Infrastructure, OFS Regulatory Reporting Application (OFS-RR), OFSDF (Data Foundation and OFS -IFRS- IIA applications (Mandatory to have) with prior Technical experience in the applications. Additional knowledge of OFS Data Foundation (OFSDF), OFS Profitability Management , OFS Fund Transfer Pricing, Asset Liability Management & Liquidity related developments will be an added advantage.
Your client responsibilities
Good communications & presentation skills for client interaction. Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle
Experience in Installation of various application such OFS- RR, OFS IFRS-IIA OFSDF, OFSPFT, OFSBSP, ODI, OFS-LRM etc
Support client needs by delivering Oracle's Financial Services Infrastructure, OFS-RR & OFS- IFRS-IIA and OFSDF Technical requirements (Mandatory)
Should be able to Support client needs by delivering Oracle's Financial Services OFS Fund Transfer Pricing (OFSFTP) , OFS profitability management , Asset & Liability Management (ALM) other applications like OFS Liquidity Risk management (LRM) Technical requirements (Optional)
Maintenance of OFSAA setup and configuration of user security management (optional)
Merge, Customize and Deploy OFSAA data model as per client business requirements (optional)
Prior experience to work with functional teams to deliver OFS-RR & OFS- IFRS-IIA Technical requirement.
Your people responsibilities
Guide and help other OFSAA and Non OFSAA teammates to get the expected delivery in time
Technical skills requirements
Relevant experience in OFSAA implementation/Technical advisory with total experience not more than 5 years
Should be well conversant with OFS RR & OFS IFRS-IIA related technical requirements and OFSAAI products/technologies, frameworks, business metadata management and relevant architectural components.
Strong command over SQL-PL/SQL scripting and ability to design transformations
Strong command on shell script and VB scripting is good to have.
Strong command over OFSAA staging and reporting data model
Additional Strong Understanding of OFSAA ALM, OFSAAI and OFS FTP and OFS LRM, LLFP
Should be versed with technical concepts of PFT (Cost allocations) & GL Reconciliation concepts
Should be versed with technical concepts of FTP, ALM and LRM products
Additional skills requirements
Deliver large/medium OFSAA programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of OFSAA knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
Demonstrate man management and an ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments
Strong understanding of data lineage. Proficient in building and extending load utility tools such as OFSAA Excel File Upload, File to Table (F2T) and Table to Table (T2T), Unified Metadata Manager, SCD, AMHM, etc
Maintaining end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence
Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with implementation team
Adopt a proactive, logical and organized approach to problem resolution
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements
