About the Audit Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for assisting the audit department head in reviewing and maintaining the efficiency of the organisation's internal controls and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in completing internal audits, operations activities, and regular audit processing of the business units in the head office
Provide advice on continuous improvement of internal audit methodologies and practices
Provide end-to-end audit processes relevant to the business
To succeed in this Audit Manager role, you must have at least 10 years' related work experience and knowledge in internal audit obtained from an insurance company or any related financial institution.
Key Requirements:
Had extensive experience auditing for an insurance company, specifically business process audit
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), with Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred
Ability to do thorough audit processes for the insurance business
Exposure to IT audit and data analytics tools used in audit
Experience leading audit engagements and successfully helped on internal control improvements
Experience in end-to-end risk-based internal audit process
Experience in external audit from the Big 4 auditing firm
