Plans, directs and controls audit activities. Directs the implementation of audit programs to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with established procedures and applicable laws. Keeps abreast of company policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing profession, and changes in local and national laws, as applicable.
· Must be a BS Accountancy graduate (with good scholastic records)
· Must be a CPA
· With at least 10 years solid work experience in Internal and External Audit, 5 years of which in a senior supervisory or managerial capacity
· Must have an experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
· With working knowledge of Auditing softwares and POS (Point of Sale)
· Proven ability to analyze, design, and recommend effective internal and external control systems and procedures
· With high level of accuracy and maturity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
· With strong communication, interpersonal, leadership & management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
