You will assist our Audit Services teams and make sure our audits are delivered to our high standards of excellence.
The Job
You will have an important supporting role in ensuring the smooth running of our audit services. Different operational situations will bring different tasks, and give you plenty of opportunities to learn everything about the audit process from the inside.
You will be expected to:
contact suppliers to gather pre-audit information
contact auditors to fix schedules and allocations
keep different stakeholders aware of the schedule updates for audits in the area (Sales, Customer Service, Audit Back Office, Audit Front End, Suppliers, Clients).
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have:
- College degree
- Strong command of English
- 1 year of work experience in a relevant field; Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are also welcome to apply!
It also helps if you are:
- Good with computers
- Prepared to learn fast and develop yourself
- Enthusiastic and someone who can work independently
- Can speak good English and write professional emails
- Not afraid of taking the phone and call suppliers constantly.
- Language skills for some other countries in South East Asia (Vietnamese, Khmer, ...) is a plus but not a requirement.
