Audit Associate
Qualifications:
1. College Graduate, Preferably BS in Accountancy
2. Patient, Hardworking & Well Organized
3. Familiarity with book keeping & basic accounting procedures, good communication skills.
4. Background in life insurance will be an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilites:
1. Perform audit for business operations, finances, compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
3. Evaluate current audit procedures and recommend improvements.
4. Prepare clear and complete audit work papers.
5. Analyze and resolve audit issues in a timely manner.
6. Evaluate and enhance internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
