RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping abreast in accounting and auditing developments;
Familiarization of the client's nature of business operation;
Preparation of audit plans;
Proper execution of audit work-program and identifying related audit issues;
Preparation of working papers using the Firm's guidelines and forms, and updating permanent files;
Ensures completeness of audit working papers that support the opinion. Administer all accounting, taxation process, and ensure optimal quality of all processes.
Prepare reports for ledgers, trial balance, and reconcile all statements and ensure the integrity of all data.
Administer all reconcile statements for cash and income accounts.
Monitor all accounting deliverables, process all vouchers, and ensure work according to the deadline.
Forecast budget requirements, update journal entries and prepare reports on the same
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
Good written and communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Can carry out various assignments efficiently
Able to handle tasks that are highly confidential in nature
Can work effectively under extreme pressure
Willing to be trained
Dependable of any responsibility
Willing to render overtime and out-of-town fieldwork (halted due to the pandemic).
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Experienced and Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants (with license) are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
