Audits and reviews Accounts Payable Vouchers and Check Vouchers to ensure all disbursements are valid, duly approved and are in compliance with company policies.
Audits and reviews weekly commission releases and monthly Performance-based Marketing Fund (PBMF) given to sales agent.
Checks the Deed of Absolute Sale (DAS) for the signature of the Executive Vice President - Treasurer of the company to ensure that all documents are valid and all information are correct for the execution of the DAS.
Makes recommendations and/or solutions to improve existing internal control procedure or introduce new policies, subject to the approval of immediate superior and/or the EVP- Treasurer.
Performs other tasks as mandated by immediate superior and/or the EVP-Treasurer.
Open to graduates of BS Accountancy;
Open to CPAs and non-CPAs
Open to all fresh graduate applicants
Must be well versed in MS Office Applications
With keen attention to details and good background with internal control assessment and compliance checking
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Must be willing to work at Mckinley Hill from Mondays to Fridays
