Main Responsibilities: * Manage projects control reviews * To coordinate and conduct project control reviews across ASIA for Retail Investment, Capital and Minor projects with support from control process owners/Project Managers. * Following Main Responsibilities: Manage projects control reviews To coordinate and conduct project control reviews across ASIA for Retail Investment, Capital and Minor projects with support from control process owners/Project Managers. Following each review with the country teams provide Account wide updates on a monthly basis and ensure updates included in monthly relevant reporting deck/dashboard. Liaise with the project teams in each country to remediate or complete the action plans. To provide monthly updates for Project Management Leadership team advising: upcoming reviews, completed reviews, action plans advising of any consistencies in gaps, non-compliances, challenges. To escalate gaps/non compliances on a timely manner where required. Coordinate with Independent Control Review team on their sample test of CBRE project control review, review and comment on test results and attend meetings/alignment calls. Perform check of project documents uploads in Kahua (Project Management System) on a monthly basis and help ensure adoption of Kahua as the central repository of project documents. To provide monthly global control review inputs to Intelligent Service Centre Project Management Office (ISC-PMO). To attend to SCB Property Operational Risk queries on project control reviews. Liaise with the SCB Property Operational Risk team to ensure CBRE are aware of any changes/updates to projects control review requirements. To liaise with SCB Control Review SharePoint team for any functionality issues of Control Review platform. Consolidate updates from various sources and prepares Control Environment dashboard/updates as required. Perform account internal compliance audits as assigned. Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills: Background - Commerce, Economics or similar degree required Operational Experience - Minimum 7 years Knowledgeable in Control Review activities and compliance checks, Project Management Proven track record of coordinating with teams in other countries who do not report directly to the position Individual must be results driven, have attention to detail, has passion for driving best practices, and skilled at diplomatically breaking down barriers and obstacles Works well individually and in teams, shares information, supports colleagues and encourages participation Excellent communication skills High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and PowerPoint.
