We are looking for a competent Podcast Producer to support all aspects Podcast Production. The team will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing sets to recording and post-production work. If you want to prove yourself and work your way up the ranks in digital media, this is the place to start. High energy and commitment are essential. If you are a restless individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you'll quickly become invaluable.
The goal is to ensure production gets on smoothly and problem-free.
Responsibilities
Help prepare the set with audio, props, equipment etc.
Supervise and facilitate onsite podcast recordings
Facilitate podcast post-production
Primarily leads studio or onsite recordings and shoots
Acts as subject matter expert in audio-related concerns
Proven experience in podcast production
Bachelor's degree in audio production, music technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of audio recording and editing techniques, including equalization, compression, and noise reduction.
Knowledge of sound design principles and experience creating, editing or manipulating sound effects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a critical ear for audio quality.
Amenable to hybrid setup
