Busines A new business incubator within Beauty and Personal Care has been recently established to enable portfolio transformation and accelerate Unilever's growth in emerging channels - Health, Beauty and e-Commerce. This unit is looking for an Asst. Business & Innovation Manager that can manage the innovation work stream from end-to-end, from network management with the cross-functional teams, to managing gate-keeping process and P&L management, down to designing and implementing campaigns tailor-fit to channel for Beauty and Personal Care. The ABM will also act as portfolio manager, tasked with building core assortment, identifying new opportunities, and working with Supply Chain to complete the full value chain.
