The Dove Hair and Dove Masterbrand Assistant Brand Manager will oversee all Dove Hair campaigns and Masterbrand initiatives.
CONTEXT:
Dove Hair has two brands: Dove for Women and Dove Men + Care. Dove Hair is a complex brand comprising its core business and innovations; it is built on two platforms, Shampoo and Conditioners.
Dove Masterbrand includes 1) Real Beauty Purpose campaign, which is our initiative in building brand love for Dove, and 2) Dove Self-Esteem Project which is the brand's self-esteem and body confidence on-ground school program whose aim it is to reach 1 Mio Lives of the youth every year, helping them realize their full potential.
JOB SUMMARY
Dove Hair
Managing business performance of Dove Hair (Women) and Dove Men + Care, end to end P&L:
Driving growth opportunities and constant monitoring performance
Overseeing topline S&OP: sales and supply chain issues of the brand
A&P budget management
Responsible for understanding and analyzing data, and making growth plans & strategies for the brands
Lead external media and creative agencies in creating new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes - ranging from purpose communications, traditional activations, and e-commerce campaigns.
Lead internal cross-functional team in the operations supporting the launches of projects and activations
Dove Masterbrand:
Launch a world-class deployment of the Real Beauty Purpose campaign
Dove Self-Esteem Project (https://www.dove.com/ph/dove-self-esteem-project.html) - leading all of the new distance-learning enabled programs, interfacing with partners such as DepEd, Edukasyon.ph, Girl Scouts of the Philippines and pilot of the new DSEP mobile game
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience in marketing or sales
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Knowledge on communication development, and media planning process, public relations and e-commerce
Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting) and has experience in strategy development
An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders and peers (conversational and presentational)
Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders - both internal and external partners
Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies
