JOB SUMMARY
As the Assistant Brand Manager for Rexona, you will lead the brand operations & marketing deployment of the #1 deodorant brand in the country. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of the integrated Brand Marketing plan to achieve short and long-term business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the brand's day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly basis
Build productive working relationship with Customer Development, CMI, Finance and Supply Chain in ensuring excellent in-market execution & deployment
Lead the taskforce team in OTIF world-class launches of projects and activations
Responsible for understanding and analyzing data, and making growth plans & strategies for the brands
Work with creative, digital, media and PR agencies in making new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes
Identify market trends and consumer insights which can lead to new initiatives and growth
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in a consumer goods industry
With project management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong in strategic & analytical thinking
Experience in brand activation, communication development, execution
Experience in leading cross functional task force
