The Regional Lead (for APAC)of GBO Customer Engagement/Business Operations Engament plays a critical role ensuring that the KPIs and metrics used to measure GBO performance are consistently measured, externally best in class and are in line with the objectives above.
This role is responsible for the Customer Engagement in APAC region.
Purpose of the role:
The scope of role includes building and ensuring a robust relationship between the Markets and the GBO organization, to make sure that GBO understands the strategy of the relevant markets. This would entail articulating the responsibilities and the charters of the Markets to GBO and vice versa to ensure and drive market performance. The role holder would need to identify future opportunities and partner with stakeholders and drive improvement within the current scope defined. This role would be needed to transform the current ways of working to deliver the best outcome in terms of relationship between Markets and GBO.
The role holder would not only be needed to establish and drive the above, but also create, articulate and be responsible for the escalation matrix, and hold various stakeholders accountable against the defined RASCI.
Key Accountabilities for this role:
-Developing deeper meaning and relationships with market Leadership including Market Presidents and Regional Finance Directors
-Owning up the Monthly Service Review (MSR) framework with the markets To ensure that GBO understands the strategy of the relevant markets.
- Transform relationship and outcomes in partnership with Markets and GBO
- Liaising with the Various GBO Towers to drive resolution of issues seen by the markets and promote a synergized solution
- End to end Project management the resolution of related issues Driving continuous improvement with gusto
- Ensuring the markets understand the role that GBO plays in driving their success
- Articulate to the markets and other stakeholders about the scope of activities provided by GBO
- Articulating the market strategies GBO and ensuring best partnerships Escalation matrix and management for the Customer Engagement team for the relevant markets Ensure rigour around the RASCI as defined
Primary Candidate/Skill requisites for this role:
Mandatory to have Very good Experience in driving change at global scale as part of business as usual operations or as part of a project/program
15+ years' experience in Service performance management or KPI reporting related fields with global operations
Effective stakeholder management & relationships with strong influencing skills
Ability to work with multiple markets and cultures effectively
Be able to manage and influence virtual teams to meet a common goal
Communications - must have strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to engage and motivate others
Self-motivated, confident and well organized approach
