Please take note that candidate must have at least 1 year experience in Technical Account preferably in Mobile Account.
Candidate must also be at least 3rd year in college (of any course)
Will mainly handle and respond to user questions and inquiries.
Will be responsible in escalating technical problems that cannot be resolved within SLA to relevant teams.
Will be responsible in performing systematic tracking of escalated problems until they are closed.
Will provide excellent display of customer service.
