Job Description
Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers.
Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates.
Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics and industry benchmarks.
Function as in-house consultant and subject matter expert in recruitment and staffing.
Effectively support multiple requirements and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles.
Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance.
Create recruiting operational processes and practices, in partnership with Recruiting leadership leading to efficiencies for the leadership team and organization.
Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders.
Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices and procedures; specifically, technologies around big data, digital marketing and analytics.
Should be well aware of digital marketing and branding practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any course. Preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources Management.
At least 2 years' experience in Recruitment, preferably in a BPO/Shared Service setup.
Must be amenable to both work from home and work onsite setup.
Past experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high volume technology or functional environment is highly desired.
Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint expertise.
