?? * The candidate will be part of Optum Reporting and Business Intelligence Team
?? * Conducts and manages outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational /strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Primary Responsibilities: ??
?? * Analyzing demands for new and updated functionality together with the Business Intelligence and Reporting Team. They will implement them accordingly to agreed priorities
?? * Provide Trends Analysis with supporting policies and procedures, solutions to provide meaningful insights and recommendations on historic and future performance to stakeholders
?? * Works collaboratively and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based applications that meets business goals
?? * Helps operations in increasing efficiency and effectiveness by providing data by creating the application that will help them improve processes and procedures
?? * Performs project tasks according to project plans and manage changes to the web system
?? * Take proactively care of further development and optimization of the business processes within the Web system
?? * Supports the solution to additional features and capabilities based on user requirements
?? * Responsible for maintenance, support and stabilization of the environment following internal guidelines
?? * Combines creative and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions and find efficient answers to business challenges with the support of the Reporting Team

Required Qualifications: ??
?? * Bachelor's Degree or Fresh Graduate of Computer Science, ECE, IT or any similar Front-End Tech Development education background
?? * 1+ years of relevant experience in Reporting. Fresh graduates are open to apply
?? * Experience in Reporting, Data Management and Analysis
?? * Knowledge in CSS/HTML, Databases, Rest, Windows/Linux, ASP.NET, MVC Architect
?? * Knowledge in HTML, .Net, CSS, Javascript, Database Management Systems
?? * Can create Data Analytics and create data trends
?? * Advanced skills/ expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
?? * Moderate to Good English communication skills in both verbal and written
?? * Good Oral and Written communication skills
?? * Team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
?? * Able to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations
?? * Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
?? * Must be willing to work Nightshift
