Job Responsibilities
• Provide custom engineering services for clients across EMEA and APAC. These services cover modification and development of software specified by the services organization.
• Assist EMEA and APAC services organization with knowledge of IT software development skill sets and consultancy.
• Create technical documentation for custom engineering items.
• Support already developed items.
• Train and learn on product changes and new technologies relevant for building custom engineering items.
• Manage and utilizes outsourcing resources.
• Project manages custom solutions in implementation projects.
Client Analysis
• Analyze customer's business and technical requirements and validate work specifications designed by client or consultant.
• Use analysis to create solution for custom engineering items.
• Craft and enhance client workflows.
Development
• Develop interfaces, reports, and other custom items in the current developing languages available for the products.
• If needed, implement items at client site.
• Manage time to maximize agenda and deliver on critical components.
Communication
• In a consistent, professional, and timely manner, communicate issues and outcomes to the client, and account owner.
• Escalate critical issues ASAP.
• Document all work.
• Promote the sale of the account/campaign products, data, and services.
• Track progress of development on cases
• Track all time and expenses on a weekly basis within guidelines set down by management.
