Primary Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of UBS and Exchanges team in the Philippines
This position will fill in the lead role of handling our seasoned Developers and handle the day to day tasks of providing guidance, ensuring the resources are free of roadblocks, operating efficiently and delivering to specifications and help achieve our efforts to migrate out of the legacy COBRA and Exchanges platforms to the more robust solutions such as WEX and Facets along with our drive to clean up our PLM backlog
Drive the development team to build and deliver quality and innovative solutions efficiently to maintain application availability above 99.95%
Help manage the career and development of his/her direct reports
Works collaboratively with all stakeholders and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning solutions that meets business goals
Performs project tasks according to project plans and manage changes to the applications/systems accordingly
Reports to the Engineering Manager
Provides coaching and mentoring to junior or less-experienced members of the team

Required Qualifications:
5+ years in-depth knowledge of the COBRA and exchanges landscape and legacy applications
Able to translate business requirements into coherent & complete architecture designs and robust solutions
Proficient with Git, .NET and SQL Server development with strong communication and organization skills
Strong in Scrum methodology using Rally
