Acquire knowledge and skills pertaining to development of different dosage forms and current developments in pharmaceutical industry
Conduct experiments, test and evaluate raw materials, semi-finished goods and bulk products
Coordinate formulation and analytical resources needed
Initiate stability testing and review results
Prepare manufacturing trial documentation for pilot batch, small production runs or scale-up operations
Participate in the set-up and operation of pilot-scale equipment and instrumentation necessary for trial runs, as needed
Participate in technology transfer and scale-up operations to manufacture products in-house or via toll-manufacturer's facilities
Prepare product registration dossier
Required Skills
Graduate of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or other allied health and sciences course
Must have a license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission for practice of profession
Has a passion for learning and willingness to be trained
High results orientation and able to work independently
Excellent skills in communication, time management, investigation, decision-making, problem-solving
Required Experience
Previous work experience in a similar field is preferred.
