Associate, sales analysisSC Johnson

As the Associate, Sale Analysis, you are responsible in management and deployment of sales tools, sales information management including development of sales reports/templates to track performance of the Sales team. You are required to develop reports, sales analytics, and calculation of the sales incentives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and maintain the internal sales information system - DIAL (Distributor Information Access for Leadership) as well as ensure the data quality
Train and onboard new users of distributors/distributors personnel
Upload of monthly sales quota, annual sales, and distribution targets
Develop standard sales report templates and analyze internal sales data vs Nielsen data
Issuance of daily, monthly, and other ad hoc sell-in, sell-out and inventory reports to track performance
Compute all sales related incentives including distributors' conditional rebate, performance payout and salesmen's incentive
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Accountancy, Commercial or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing reports and data management in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or relevant industry
Proficient and advanced in Microsoft Excel skills
