Looking to hire great talent and make an impact on helping people elevate their careers in a mission based and values driven global organization? In this role, you'll build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identify and qualify prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions. You'll have a client-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with talent acquisition leaders, managers and recruiters. You'll manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at any one time. Additionally, you'll use our technology platforms to proactively build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to future talent needs.You'll report to Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you'll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.During a Typical Day, You'll -
Utilize Boolean search methodology and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles
Use job boards, social media platforms, and other online resources to identify potential candidates.
Reach out to candidates through direct messaging, emails, and social media interactions to gauge interest and fit for open positions.
Maintain and update a database of potential candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.
Work closely with the Talent Sourcing Manager and recruiters to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth handoff of candidates.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies.
Track and report on sourcing activities and outcomes, including response rates and conversion rates.
What You Bring to the Role -
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sourcing candidates for high-volume recruitment initiatives
Highly adept at proactive methods/processes for finding and attracting passive talent for crucial openings and talent pools
Social media savvy with extensive online network participation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicant tracking and candidate relationship management experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Self-motivated and ability to work independently in an agile environment
