Bringing in new business, qualifying sales leads, and supporting the sales effort through effective public relations, responsiveness, and service Proven full-cycle recruiting experience Ability to accomplish multiple tasks while remaining organized and detailed oriented Requirements Preferably 1-4 years of experience sourcing and screening potential employees in Human Resources or equivalent. Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, The Internet, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extremely reliable and detail oriented. Ability to provide excellent customer service, internally and externally. Candidate must be willing to work night shift, in Commonwealth, Quezon City. Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Prior experience performing internet based candidate searches on Monster.com, Jobstreet.com and LinkedIn.com or similar sites preferred, but not required. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred, but not required
