Transition and Migrations Manager (L3 CommOps Manager)

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional transition and migrations professional to join our APAC COE Planning and Execution - Client Services team in Manila. The Client Services Manager will lead a small cross-site team to ensure the delivery and management of multiple business migration projects including building new line of business support teams from the ground up, as well as other continuous improvement projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management in order to deliver business value. You will also lead our captive center's stakeholder sentiment program and intake governance process. Additionally, you should bring a passion for project management, relentless customer obsession, and a zeal for successfully delivering complex projects that drive business value. The person should also be prepared to manage, steer and guide junior members and may be remote members of the team.
This role will work across many functions and teams, in the region and in other international offices, and will provide you with the opportunity to completely design, prioritize, and implement projects to help this fast growing region scale. Always looking to improve stakeholder relationships and solve problems which arise in this high change environment, this role is dynamic and fast thinking.
We have a small but highly capable and motivated team that drives APAC COE's local and regional strategy and goals, and execute global initiatives locally. As a member of this cross-site P&E team, you should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, be flexible yet assertive, and thrive in a hectic and ever changing environment. This role is all about ensuring the executional success of project portfolio in APAC COE.
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
Independently execute various global, regional and site level projects, across multiple teams dealing with e.g. migrations, process standardization, stakeholder management and keeping track of plans, quality and timelines for such activities
Providing general intake governance for the regional captive entity
Engage directly with business/ process owner to plan and execute business migration, building the team from ground up.
Estimate work efforts, design project plans, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance with deadlines on deliverables as assigned to projects
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall quality and efficiency across the organization
Manage diverse sets of stakeholders across our team and business to get work done fast and in a way that is relevant to the appropriate audience
Manage, steer, guide, and evaluate junior members of the team

Bachelor's degree from a top university
Transition and migrations - You have experience in transition and migration management in a scaled service center environment and understand how to build and improve related processes and frameworks
Project management - You have proven experience of managing multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to tight timescales (at least 6 years of experience)
