About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor...
In this role, you will:
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications:
With minimum of 2 year of call center experience. Preferably with HR call center experience, banking or support type.
Completed at least 2 years in college
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Workday, ServiceNow or Contract Resource Tools.
Good problem solving and analytical skills. Able to accurately process high volume of work within established deadlines.
Amenable to work on shifting schedule, mostly catered to US time.
Amenable to work on selected PH Holidays.
Job Expectations:
Skilled and flexible to work in multiple support channels such as phones, chat and e-services.
