As the Associate Manager, Operational Excellence (OPEX), you will be responsible for the high performance of OPEX functional leadership in all its work streams such as Process Excellence, Operational Excellence and Capability Building as well as supporting and project managing multiple parallel initiatives across the Shared Service Centre (SSC) to achieve efficiency and effectiveness uplift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with key stakeholders to drive and influence process improvements through Process Excellence, Focused Improvements and Kikai (Lean Six Sigma) methodologies
Facilitate OPEX workshops, Lean Six Sigma training, boot camps, problem solving sessions linked to process improvement projects, in accordance to organizational goals and priorities
Responsible for Project Managing successful implementation of OPEX initiatives
Engage functional managers, team leaders and analysts to participate and facilitate working sessions to deliver global process standardization, in partnership with other Global SSC’s
Responsible for the maintenance of OE playbooks (Performance Management, Onboarding, Academy, Skills Matrix, among others)
Responsible for design and execution of OPEX SSC Capability building programs, enabling employees to strengthen the continuous improvement culture within the SSC
Lead the Lean Champions group in all its elements, including coaching and feedback sessions
Provide training to OPEX Analysts and work in partnership with Pull-forwards (change agents from within Global Business Solutions – GBS)
Collaborates and cooperates in the creation and implementation of OPEX goals and objectives focusing on quality and on-time delivery of OPEX services/output
Responsible to work with pull-forwards in deploying regional rollouts
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced understanding of OPEX principles and Lean Six Sigma methodology
Previous SSC cross-functional exposure
Experienced in Order to Cash, Finance or Supply Chain in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
Past record of building strong internal and external relationships at regional and global levels
