Primary Functions:
Supports information technology hardware systems including but not limited to personal computers, servers, building security systems, peripherals, operations computers, smart phones and tablets.
Provides first level support for enterprise and business applications.
Performs audit as required.
Compliant to policies and processes and addresses customer fulfillment requests.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of BS Information Technology or Computer Engineering
With at the 3 years of relevant work experience.
Must be technical expert in all computer hardwares (PCs, tablets, mobiles and hand-held devices)
Proficient in all Microsoft Office/OS platforms
Technically skilled in LAN equipment and able to follow directions to support WAN equipment.
Has the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Displays high level of professionalism.
