JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate communication of financial results and business insights to aid leadership in better decision-making and strategic execution geared towards the organization's growth and expansion.
Ensure financial objectives are aligned with stakeholders to guarantee excellence in operational delivery by providing financial visibility, direction, and oversight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports, and segment financial reviews and discussions.
Conducts business review by providing insights and deep dive analysis into the underlying drivers of financial performance, creating action plans for improvements and risk mitigation.
Lead support for the annual budgeting activity. Facilitates preparation, planning, and budget consolidation across BUs. Able to provide trend analysis from inputs related to revenue and costs, paving ways to improve the accuracy of forecasts and plans.
Assist in the preparation of related studies, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as commercial pricing, corporate finance, and business process improvement.
Work closely with regional finance to ensure the provision of accurate, meaningful, and timely business and regional performance reporting requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience in corporate financial management or a similar role.
High level of personal integrity, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to relate confidently and effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Certified Public Accountant
At least three years of experience in corporate finance.
Experience in a large, global business in a similar role is preferred.
