About the job: Associate Director - Solution Architect SAP SD/Finance (Makati) | HybridWork Schedule: Morning ShiftWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | MakatiEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the PhilippinesResponsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA programs involving SD and Finance modules, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.
Define and drive solution strategy, roadmap, and architecture for order-to-cash and record-to-report processes.
Design integrated business processes covering sales order management, billing, revenue recognition, financial postings, and reporting.
Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business transformation goals and industry best practices.
Guide adoption of RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Activate methodology across delivery engagements.
Oversee integration touchpoints including pricing, tax, revenue accounting, credit management, and financial reconciliation.
Required Skills & Experience
13+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving SD and Finance modules.
Deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management) and SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
Strong understanding of cross-module integration between SD and FICO, including revenue recognition, tax determination, and financial postings.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Advanced ATP, Settlement Management, and Group Reporting.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, the Fit-to-Standard approach, and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Fiori-based applications.
Certifications
Required: SAP S/4HANA Sales and SAP S/4HANA Finance Certifications
Preferred: SAP Solution Architect Certification, Project Management
Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
Educational Background
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
